Returns & Refunds

Most of what we sell at Three Walls Records is used or second-hand — that’s part of the charm. We grade everything honestly and pack carefully, but if something’s not right, we’ll always try to make it good.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your record arrives damaged in transit or doesn’t play as described, get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. Email records@threewalls.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo or video, if helpful

We’ll offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on what’s available and what suits you.

Condition Expectations

These are used records, and while we grade carefully, some wear is to be expected — especially on older pressings. All listings include condition notes, so please read them before buying. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to ask before placing an order.

Changed Your Mind?

If you simply no longer want an item, you can return it if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • The record is in the same condition it arrived in (including any outer sleeves or extras)

Return postage is your responsibility, and refunds are issued once we’ve received and checked the item.

What We Can’t Refund

We don’t accept returns or refunds for:

  • Records that have been damaged after delivery

  • Items where condition issues were already clearly stated

  • Digital downloads or gift cards

Refunds

Once we’ve got your returned item, refunds usually take 3–5 working days to process. Timing may vary depending on your payment method or bank.
